I kinda find this a lot less interesting then the plants for the express purpous that they are no different then something like the teren faction for example, it would be nice if we had ships jammed in the rocks using both plant and ship weapons, that would be fuuun

Not sure if it's just me or a mod conflicting with this one but the faction literally has no AI for some reason. Like it spawns them in but they don't move and they are also neutral even if you attack them.

Entil, I could do that with even basic scripts but scripting of any sort is impossible. All we can do is make use of systems that already exist. There is no way to inherit a blueprint from debris. Hell, there isn't even a way to delete debris.

The game dev has completely dropped it, I don't think any amount of yelling will make him come back. He ignores everyone from what I've seen.

I understand nothing of what can or can't be done modding games but here is an idea. Is it possible to make a device which clones a blueprint for the purpose of then sending out a drone which grows into the cloned bp? If that could be done then it should be possible to convert this into a mod which gives the ability to shoot a seed at a ship, copy the blueprint, delete the debris and generate it with a core at the center of mass.

If these things aren't available functions in game then who do we need to yell at to make it happen? How much clout does Deluks have outside of tournaments?

That will not work, even if the ships are all exactly the same P. Reassembly's ship spawning logic is stupid; it will still spam all of one ship.

And has more infested feel. Rather than it feeling like it's made on purpose and perfection.

You should have like 3 designs of the same ship but the plants are in a different angle or is different like less infested or more infested so that when you mass like 999 of the same ship. They dont look all exactly the same.

this reminds me of the flood from halo and just make me more afraid of the spikey plants

@uhhhhhhhhh This mod does not make the spiky plants playable. It simply makes them more of a threat and less of a cancer like enemy to deal with. If you want to play as the faction simply go into the faction file and change playable to 1 instead of 0, or 3 to not need to unlock it.
