No it's not. It got an update pretty recently and should be up to date at the moment

Is this mod dead? No updates?

So, today is April 54th, year 2019 and I'm finally updating the mod. Like I told you, the update will hopefully come in April, so I did it just in time. There are still plenty of unchanged portraits now, but hey - you can play the game with it now! I'll work on these portraits tho.

Can't wait until you update. Ive been looking for a mod like this for awhile.

Well, actually it was an issue of older version - now my portrait has simillar name with basic portrait of Ned so there is nothing that should be changed

Just wanted to say that after Robert the I dies the basic Hearts of Ice and Fire Ned Stark portrait is in the Crownlands.
