I wanted to include the stairs into the model but, to be honest, wasn't sure how to do it being a complete novice. I'm planning on making a few model variant versions so I'll take a look at the lod too. Thanks for the comments.

Hi Moog. Nice start. Can I suggest that you build the stairs into the model so that no third party props are required. Also, you should be able to get the LOD tris down to double figures as it is a box shape. The LOD could come down to 128px as it is so far away that it'll make no difference.
