Ok so I have tried snd_restart, restarted the game AND THEN did snd_restart, and it still wont work. Does anyone know why?

This addon won't work for me. I have no other footstep addons, I have restarted Steam, Gmod, my computer, un-subbed and re-subbed but it still will not work. Am I missing a required download?
