I'd make this a very short ranged smg/carbine with no spare magazine in reserve, high risk high reward

I'd use it. Weapons like this with Full Auto, Semi Auto, 3 round burst for each class instead of shotguns, pistols and revolvers All 9 Mercs should have use it.

We don't need assault rifles in tf2, it ruins the meta.

I suggest modyfying this to be more of a sniper rifle, sniper needs a new one.
