Hi @instan relief, Thanks for using the map. I have tested the map and I have gained more than 20k population. You should check the value of your city land and the level of service your city.

The itself map is fantastic.

But I got like ~4000 cims now and I have no more demand for any new zones.... It's so weird. I wonder if that's a bug caused by the map? Or maybe my mods?

kudos on the infographics: looks great! The map is nicely detailed and very appropriate for ferries and harbours. Love it!
