I even checked wireframe to see if it went underground or something. Nothing.
I hope I'm not just being oblivious here...
P.S. By open air winery, did you mean other than the camp with the cook pot? Cause I looked around and didn't see any structures that aren't there normally.
The Dwemers' cave was designed to fit the mods and the world of Skyrim.
French and Italians have pressed you to the point that wine must be in a warm climate - not true, some varieties of good grapes require freezing to make them wine, so they grow in the mountains - grapes need sun to sweets and wine is cooked in a barrel in cool - not a cold and dark place - that is why cellars are needed.
Do not upset the creator of mods, if you feel like it, take advantage of the advice and refine it, Winterun is the center of Skyrim and is a great place.

See how similar mods are - Kitaxas BeerBrewery, or KitaxasCiderhouse (CiderHouse without launching guests because the textures and their behavior is worse even from the Russian party). I have been waiting for nice mods with a winery, they are for breweries and honey, even for cider and I think I will wait.
