for some reason this mod and the TTS rangers mod isnt working but the desperados and banditos is where the rangers are silent and dont say anything and the vigilantes use the vanilla voice lines

Correct. Mods like these are clientside, meaning only people that have it subscribed have it, because they downloaded the files into their game. To anybody else that isn't subscribed, they will only hear the normal speech.

Also, could you make them a bit more audible? You can´t really hear them between the gunshots and whskey drinking.
