Lets forget the WoW part for a moment though, and focus solely on the mask by Darke Shaman. You didn't use the photo of his mask for "inspiration" so much as you used it as a direct template, copying it exactly, and taking little to nothing from the second picture. The ONLY difference being the missing nose and fewer teeth. One way or another this is a copy, an exact copy, of another work of art.
Are you Darke Shaman? If not you may now be looking at TWO possible infringment issues here.
Personally I think the connection several people made to the castle crashers helmet is asinine. It looks nothing at all like them.

It was never my intention too make it look like an item in another game, but i would say that the similarity of my mask and the one in WoW isnt enough to make it a copy and the fact that most people thought it was a rip-off of Castle Crashers I'm pretty sure its fine too keep it on the workshop.
And ill respond too all comments that are either Constructive criticism, or like this, a concern too someone.
...this design, and actual item, already exists in a game and has for a very long time. This workshop submission is what seems to be your best effort at copying the Big Voodoo Mask from World of Warcraft.

Big Voodoo Mask: Appears to be a split or partially cracked plank of wood carved into a mask and painted with a white skull or face with almost identicle teeth, just more of them.
For some reason you responded to the comment on its similarity to Castle Crashers which is a pretty lame connection and not very similar at all. While failing to acknowledge my first comment on it's nearly identicle appearnce to the WoW mask.

Hmm, I dont really see where it resemblance the Castle Crashers HELMET.
First of, in CC you wear a helmet, that covers the entire face. The helm is also formed as a cylinder, this is a mask and it is shaped like a wooden mask, The only real resemblance to CC is that the helm has a white part on it, with other colors around it.
(The helmet in CC doesn't even feature a skull on it, it have a white cross painted on it.)
