hey, is it possible to make a lite version of the big mod that keeps the zoom but disables the shake?

Man, this mods is ESSENTIAL. Do you think there is a way to make it so that normal attacks and skills still have the zoom disabled, but crits and traps have the vanilla effect?
I have tried deleting the corresponding scripts but they get disabled altogether.

I don't know if it would be possible, but there's a little camera shake that has always been there in combat, but it's also present even with this mod enabled, if you could find what makes the camera shake and disable it, that would just be fantastic.

Have you enabled the mod on your save? If so, then it could be a mod conflict - try moving no camera zoom higher in mod loading priority

No you don't have to edit anything manually. Try moving mod higher in priority.

Actually enemies in General tend to shrink noticably when attacked, doesn't seem to affect heroes though.

skeletons tend to shrink when i attack them, is there a fix for this?

It will definitely conflict with faster combat as it is about timing. If you still want to use both i recommend prioritize this mod (i.g. put it on top of the list) and delete the three lines as I stated before. I didnt test it but in theory it should make normal attacks happening without zooming and crits with zooming but still faster (like in 'faster combat') than vanilla.

I haven't changed anything manually, but I'd like it to be opposite.
So normal attacks doesn't zoom, but crits do.
I can't think of what mods it could be conflicting with, perhaps something like 'Faster Combat'?

Was this before the changes? Or do you intend on having the opposite? Otherwise it is conflicting with other mods or you deleted the wrong lines.

My version of this mod seems to be the complete opposite of yours.
It zooms in on every attack, but stays zoomed out on crits o.o

Find the workshop folder ( ../steamapps/workshop/content/262060/941231780/ ), open modfiles.txt and remove these lines:

scripts/timescript/melee_crit.times 2320
scripts/timescript/overstressed_intro.times 603
scripts/timescript/ranged_crit.times 2245

You're basically saying that you still wanna use the vanilla files for it. As you notice I also kept the zoom effect for affliction/virtuous.

There is the exception for crits with riposte because they are handled based on the incoming attack. But i didnt mind to adjust this.

Really like this, thank you. I personally changed that crits still zoom. So i wont miss out the nice zooming totally and it gives back some kind of special feeling.

I did quick testing and it does work. But I'm not sure 100%, there is a new line in investigate_intro.times file "lambda: hero_prep", I don't know what this does but I'll update the mod as soon as I get workshop uploader to work.

I like the idea of this mod, it gives the feel for positioning in the game and allows for the player to view the whole playing field whilst attacking and or being attacked. Great mod
