Privateer Subject Type:
They can’t perform diplomacy.

Does it mean that privateers cannot declare wars?

they should. not sure how often though. i gave them the default weight they use for vassalization.

I always state when I do. This one does not. And if I don't explicitly state near the top, it does not over write anything.

Does this overwrite any vanilla files? Asking about compatibility with other mods.
