Its not popping up on my arma3 launcher under mods

@Sale, you need the development branch of ArmA3. You can download it via Arma 3 > Properties > BETAS > development - Development Build. In the development branch, you may have to expect bugs, because it is a beta version and some unfinished content is still being tested. For this you can mostly use the DLC content before the official release.
The Malden Map is already included in the development branch.
