@go112 Ah, you can also shoot down the enemy aircraft with missiles. It has no countermeasures.

luckily i took the blackbird to explore the map. otherwise i wouldve gotten shot down by whatever that thing is XD

I tried the map today and it was seeming to have texture loading issues and extrememly low fps (9 to 15). 1070 8GB(granted simple planes only sees 4 gigs), 16 gigs RAM, Ryzen 1700. Base game gets 60 fps with everything maxed out.

@GagnamGaming_YT The interceptor is incredibly maneuverable, but the AI that SimplePlanes uses does not know when to pull up.

@creepercraft1411 I'm unsure of what you mean, but if you want to know how to open this map; then I have an answer. This is a custom map. To use it, enable the mod, then go to "Mod Sandbox Maps". From there, select "Badlands".

@creepercraft1411 There have been no updates for the badlands map. SimplePlanes itself, however, updated to 1.6 yesterday.

@Gridzbi Spudvetch That is because the default starting location is inside of the cave system. You can instantly travel to an outside-location by going to any of the other default locations. My recommendation would be going to the "Fertile Valley" location.

@SUKHOI Thanks! I may make a map that revolves around AI aircraft. For this map, I could only have one AI aircraft, because if I had another interceptor aircraft, they would fight each other, instead of fighting the player.
