Peterlyejunior, you could do what I did and was open it in the Asset Editor and add the pavement your self as well as parking spaces, and people will park in the parking lot.

I love this asset. My only wish is that it had a concrete base. It just looks odd when it spawns on just the grass.

@icantthinkofaname It's not meant to have concrete. Search conctrete brushes or surface painter to add some.
