Late reply, but no it doesn’t work on l4d1 campaigns unfortunately. I’ve stopped making mods so this will likely never be updated

I believe it's only L4D2 campaigns but if you want I can update it to work for L4D1 campaigns too. This is an old addon but if requested I can change it up

Decibels are the units used to measure volume (in audio) and decibel gain raises that of which volume of the audio. The amount of decibels in the song at the loudest point is ~65.5, which is about thevolume of a normal conversation humans have. In-game, it is not as loud as I would like it, but any louder would distort the audio.
