add that to AIrobot_Destroyed.xml at the bottom to disassemble bots.
There are two different corpses for the robots (don't ask me why) one is supposed to be able to be dissasembled and it is supposed to become that version once the robot actually died.
when charlotte updated I don't know if the robot corpses were changed. I just ran into the problem.
as far as robots getting sick I don't know how that even occured but technically the robots are considered pawns. I doubt it could be fixed but that sounds crazy. Maybe load base robots towards the end.
