The AI will not use this, it is for players only.

It should be compatible with just about anything because it consists of it's own unique events and actions.

I won't be making any other versions of this mod but you could manually mod my mod to do it. It'd be one line of code to make it work that way.

In addition to Sir Fredericks fixes, I recommend fixing the authors spelling of

gregarious

Both files within the events folder - 4 instances. replace gregorious with gregarious.

Fixed it :summerghost: Added some modifiers since I was messing around there anyway. Hope this helps the mod author with having a refrence made from his work. Cheers!

The 'make rival' option is bugged, in that it requires an opinion GREATER THAN or EQUAL TO -40.
Opinions LOWER than -40, can't make rival, opinion +100, can make a rival

I think it'll say it's not compatible but it should still work fine. The AI wont use this, it's for humans doing multiplayer.

When you tested it with GoT, did you merge the mod with the game of thrones mod? That's typically what you have to do to make other mods work with GoT.

It does work with HIP. Finally I can be friends with courtiers and vasals.

No idea, never used it. I'd imagine it should be because it's just a new thing you can do which is independant of everything.

I tried it with GoT and it didn't seem to work but I didn't do a lot of testing.

In all honesty, that is how this mod was created. However, it took me a couple of days of hard work to figure everything out, research what I was doing, test it, get it functioning properly, write up the STEAM stuff, then draw excellent MS Paint art, and finalize everything.

As a non-coder, this stuff ain't easy.

Well it kind of is; I've modded plenty of other games and I can tell you that you can find out a lot just by looking at mods that do similar things to what you want to accomplish with your own mod

Just make an alternate version, a seperate mod
I think 50 and 100 would be fair increments
Better yet, if you can figure out how to add the option to the rulescreen, you can allow full customization of the opinion requirement

It might be better if, in order to befriend someone, they had to have a higher opinion of you, I'm not sure how much higher, but 40 is too low. it makes the system easy to abuse.

I think a longer cooldown would be good. Also, maybe freindships could be more likely to end. I.e. get into a debat about the rights of rulership or something like that, that causes your friendship to breakdown. Another good way to nerf could be to limit the amount of friends you are able to make, so that way you can't befriend the whole realm (like I do) and get max levies out of your vassals at all times.

It can be overpowered, for sure. During multiplayer testing I realized my buddy has like ten friends. That being said, I don't want to overly respond and nerf the whole project. I might extend the cooldown to a year or increase the amount they like you or make it fail more.

It's a bit overpowered, because you can just spam gifts to all your high ranking vassals and then befriend them, and then they all have 100+ opinion of you and you never have to worry about placating them.

But hey, I'm not complaining.
