very time i try no rename somebody, there is a popup windows which i have to confirm. Is it possible to get rid of this confirm window, so player can get into the rename window directly?

Any chance you could make a mod that allows the player to edit the appearance of any NPC. starting the game with a random wife can sometimes give you an ugly wife. a mod that allows you to fix this without having to restart the game would be awesome!.

Ok, after reading all of the comments I'll ask this question for like the 4th time and see if @Sketchy or anyone else can actually answer this freaking question.

IS THIS IRONMAN COMPATIBLE??? ie achievements still enabled specifically

Since editing names in the game via console or messing with save data renders ironman games void to do the same thing I am assuming the answer is no this is not compatible?

Latest Update:

Thanks to additional commands being added by Paradox, you can now simply right-click any character and click rename, and a prompt will appear allowing you to them rename them similar to birth or the rename button for children.

a bit of investigating, the game seems to think that the localization file you dumped all the names in... Are cultures. And since the Alan culture exists, you effectively overwrote the Alan culture with the "---Alan" culture
