The lag comes from the chunk loading, not the mod itself. The plane goes 2 fast 4 the game to handle.
Keep the plane at low speeds and the chunks should load slightly more normally.
Or fly the plane at high altitudes so the game doesn't have to load any blocks.

Ok
Even with ♥♥♥♥♥♥ mod like this one, apparently people still don't read the description.

Plasma is a hot ionised gas with an equal number of positive ions and negative electrons. In the case of a projectile being fired slower than the object it was fired from, it'd merely have no energy to maintain a velocity faster than the faster object, meaning in this cause the plasma bullets should've never left the barrel (or any projectile slower than the vehicle).
It's funny to go "all-sciency" mode
So if our ship flies at the speed of liight, but the lasers move slower than light, wouldn't we be hitting ourselves?
*cough* Description *cough*
I had to.
Subscriptions work by automatically installing them. So when you press that subscribe button it downloads a file to the steam folder with the currect file number. When SB loads, it also reads the steam folder in its numbered file for mods. In short: you subscribe, the mod downloads automatically. Read the description for where to find the plane.
