Creating a custom deck or custom cards is what I would consider the first step to modding in TTS. It's a relatively simple process once you get the hang of it and go through some troubleshooting. I would recommend googling "custom deck TTS" and peruse the first few links. You can also head over to the Guides for TTS on Steam.
In terms of using custom cards for this Concept mod in particular. You can literally delete/move/hide the current deck and spawn whatever deck you want. Shouldn't be an issue! (Let me know if it is). Happy Playing

Just tested it real quick and it seems it's the png file. Mod is stuck on loading for that model and cannot complete or become usable even if I try to skip it by closing the popup window. I'm not sure how to fix it since I don't know anything about scripting in TtS. Please update?
