NVM it does load.

This reminds me so much of the Luigi's Mansion 3 trailer.

To make the map dark, you'll need to use a night time sky editor set, but then your flashlight won't work as well.

Probably using a faulty $treesway parameter, that would probably also be in CSGO. But this port was made before that was even added to GMod.

It probably has something to do with an addon you have. There's nothing even remotely complex in this map to warrant something like that.
