If you are noticing a red object on the top of your screen,(an error), that is because there is a bug with the addon, that causes the arms and hands to not load in while in first-person. When in third-person, or in a vehicle, it is not noticeable. Hope that clears the confusion.

Yeah I've got the same problem, there appears to be an error on the top of the screen, only when I'm outside of a vehicle though.
