No, that's not exposed. And it's unlikely to change with the last update being ~7 years ago.
I use vanilla F1..F for changing targets.
BOTH of the steam/firaxis/2k launchers suck
This mod's not changed in almost 7 years.
If you've another mod that binds F1, like Free Camera Rotation, then change its keybind

I also had some issues with this mod not working and wanted to share my experience.
Since I hadn't played XCOM 2 in over 6 years, I had thought it might've been that this was no longer supported, but I tried big_bad_flubber's suggestion and used the old/original mod launcher and it worked perfectly. :)
Thank you for this mod! Being able to see details is just such a nice QoL improvement I miss.
