Do you mean like is written above +15 range? The civilopodea with have those stats. I made this mod years ago & genuinely do not recall.

Just fired it up & he was present & selectable. Assume you have gone to additional content & enabled the mod. Best run this mod without others, CIV doesn't handle mods very well so don't stack to many on at once.

I seem to be unable to select him as a leader when I make a game. I'm not sure what to do about it

ok, this is epic as a mod, cause the vanilla USA kinda friggin sucks from what I'm seeing, I can't get golden ages for the life of me, expanding and building is slow as balls, and on top of that, its easily the weakest civ I've ever played, with most bonuses being shite till the end, this mod seems to fix that, and I thank you for that. Time to play the USA correctly this time!

Oh I have moved the units to the USA civ, rather than Kennedy per se, so that the two Roosevelt Presidents can also use them.

i think this mod conflicts with "warfare expanded", as i can't seem to build any of the unique units. I can only build the kennedy space center.
