Oh the overlapping sounds of the almighty Gordon? It happens to every Vox pack it seems. It's an issue I can't fix, BUT there are workarounds for it. Like disabling the default hurt sounds entirely...

Ah sorry I'm a bit confused. Do you mean console errors or errors in playing sounds files? I'm pretty sure that everyone's console shouldn't be flooded with "Error playing <insert sound file name>.wav", but if you meant error where playing sound clips where it would play alongside the standard hurt sounds, then I believe it could be the problem with the base addon itself, nothing I could do from there sadly..., but I can try to add more lines for her as you suggested, been quite lazy because I'd most probably do something else the moment I'm done with rl stuff c:

oooo or hell, if u can figure out how to give her grunts when u shove with specific weapons (l4d2 tfa ports and the killing floor melees) that would also be cool

the errors are STILL there, it might be because if ur set on fire, the mod flips out a bit, the voices cut out rather then play entirely, if u could fix that, u should be fine then, the errors only show after ur set on fire for a bit, and think u could try and get her enemy callout quotes when u tag an enemy with "e" and/or a qoute were she'll say help me or someting? make usefull for roleplay moments

Then I don't have much of an option but to try and rebuild the addon I guess. You're right about her scream sounds though but I would keep some of her screams as a callout. Because ya know... It's Uzume after all!

no its still there, u should make sure EVERY QUOTES bit rate is 44000, or whatever bit rate both gmod and l4d2 use, if its any higher or lower its not gonna work, btw, the screams u made in her callouts should be used as fall screams, makes more sense
