Guys, I'm humbled that after all this time you are still asking about this mod. I'll be honest with you, at the moment I'm playing Helldivers 2 and it's taking up all my gaming time at the moment. Don't expect me to update my mods in the immediate future. When I get back to playing Stellaris, I'm going to see if I update them myself or if someone else has updated them to work already.

Haven't had time to check on Stellaris in a while. Also, I'd have to buy the DLC to see how / what they did with planetary warfare. I don't want to spend that money right now though. I'm going to fix what I can in the near future.

2.0 Will be out in less than 3 days and with it you will have the option to do this by ingame mechanics without a mod. So I don't think there will be updates for 1.9.x anymore.

please make it so that other civilisations only lower their opinion of you if they already disagree with your planetary bombardment stance.. it doesnt make sence to be allied with killer robots (as killer robots) and have them hate you for killing filthy organics using very efficient methods of mass destruction

I think it would make more sense if this was a timed process considering that it would take a while to actually nuke a planet to oblivion or poison the atmosphere.

Does using these tactics add to warscore?

Can the AI make use of this? I'm a bit wary of letting other empires have the ability to glass my planets lol
