And no, even FireRed and LeafGreen use the feather design. The asparagus exists exclusively in two pieces of Western-only Gen 1 media (a printed book and a goofy Pokémon painting program), except it's displayed in those at a full vertical orientation. The right-tilt is solely Bulbapedia's doing, and everything that uses the right-tilting asparagus is copying from Bulbapedia's mistake or the wealth of Google search results that have propagated as a result.

The Earth Badge is a grass-seed asparagus thing all across the Internet entirely because of Bulbapedia putting it up as the only acceptable official art even though it's basically the Bad Boxart Megaman version of that badge. I hate it. I hate it so much.

@JTE I misunderstood what you meant, and thought you were talking about the original design of the badge, and not what I call the "asparagus" design! I definitely agree; I prefer the original version, not the redesign which -I think- was created for FR/LG

But that and the discard piles are the board artist's fault, not Isackender's.

@Grave hahah yeah I understand you, but when you have to place a lot of items on the same spot and you want them all to be on the same place (at least in TTS) it becomes a little frustrating, so I decided to place some snap points around the board. Nevertheless, you can erase them all by clicking on the left green button and then the on trash can. Save the scene and you're done.

Hmm, not sure about the idea of centering the chips, I found it part of the charm of the original boardgame that each chip was seemingly cut and off-center in the exact same way across all versions of the game.

Great update! Can't wait to play this on here again. Also @JTE; does it really matter? If you were holding an Earth Badge, you could literally make it point/face either way, so...

Well, that and the Earth Badge being Bulbapedia's version which is modified from bad gen 1 American marketting art that's totally unrepresentative of the actual Earth Badge feather (which is facing the OTHER direction) as seen in the videogame, anime, AND tcg. @_@;

The only problem I have with these Pokémon Master Trainer HD-based boards is the "discard" piles. In the official ruleset, there ARE no discard piles, you just reinsert used cards into the bottom of their respective decks. (Page 10, "Important notes about item cards" point 2 & "Event Cards" paragraph 1)
