I don't think that last issue is the mods fault, anything charged is released when you pick up an item. I think...

Nice item but it seems it raises the tear distance by alot and lower delay. The stats don't change so i assume thats not ment to happen. The shots are also released when a trinket or another item is picked up.

The item feels weak, I think you should be able to shoot while the radial shots still charging. With brimstone it's okay as it is now.
