That's very strange. I'm certain I flipped the green channel upon importing. As you can see in the in game shots, the normals are fine. I must check for myself again. Thanks for the info

I found one problem in your skin: the normals are flipped (green channel). It seems that you've selected the DirectX normals when exporting. It should be OpenGL.
