Weird. I didn't play the game fully, but watched a full walkthrough, and I never saw ROA and Weissrutheni from the 30th Waffen Grenadier Division of the SS anywhere. Are we talking Enemy Front by CI Games or it's some other Enemy Front I am not aware of?
