Because of ASEAN 2017, if all of the Southeast Asian civs were to be completed on time but there has been one serious problem regarding @regalmanemperor and the Light In The East mod that fail to develop the Laos civ on time as detailed in the thread (https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/workshop/discussions/18446744073709551615/1480982338948169450/?appid=8930)

Also, @Chrisy15 fails to make the Ho Chi Minh Vietnam mod as well and would pay heavily for this desertion from Civ V modding, and the Our World group led by @SuperWaffle that failed also to develop the Sukarno Indonesia mod as well due to desertion

All of ASEAN civs are not complete...

@qlabru. Hmm that's strange, the AI in my tests built the UU. Perhaps it was a lack of horses?

I used this civ in an AI Only game, but the AI doesn't seem to build the UU. Maybe you could look into it?

@retrocity5 JDF said he had several Civilization V Mods Planned but now he has started Work for Civilization VI I Know not if they will see the Light of Day.
