I only just now discover post-war Owens are the clean ones and war-time Owens are camo painted straight out of the factory and rush to the DOI workshop with almost vain hopes someone thought long enough to add such a small detail..and wouldn't ya know, JAX already has that base covered. You're awesome, dude.

You have to use the German tools to get the german knife. Don't bother doing it with any other team. Speaking of other teams... the other day on Reichwald some dude tried to AC3 assassinate me. He jumped down infront of me with a hatchet and swung and I blasted him with the MG42 before it hit me. Was kinda funny. Like one that scene in Indiana Jones where the dude does all tha fancy ♥♥♥♥ with his sword and then Jones just shoots him.

Yeah and it sticks out unlike the rest of the skins which are all dark so that means I'll be able to see which gun to AVOID picking up if I run out of ammo.

Are you not doing the Owen since this skin exist? Just curious. I hate this gun but I just was wondering. Honestly. The gun just doesn't appeal to me at all. Why the hell would you make it so complicated? I'm not even talking about strictly in game either. Irl this game is a bugger to use.

The other fun thing to do is just pick the MG42 and then run around hip firing the enemy team. It makes you feel like the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ terminator. They literally can't hit you because the suppression is ridiculous. Not to mention they're runnning away. Only to be shot in the back. Yesterday on Crete I just charged thru the map. From the trenches behind the wall I just sprayed down two people... kept running, two more on my left, BUZZ BUZZ, dead now... oh ♥♥♥♥ a prone sniper. Pew pew, ded... oh hey there random gu- OH ♥♥♥♥! <Gets shot like 4 times in the leg with a Hi-Power but barely survives> <Puts MG42 barrel to his chest> "Tschuss!" DEAD! Blast radio and Gam Ovr.

The Owen gun was used almost exclusively in the Pacific Theatre. in Western Europe and in the African campaign, the STEN gun was used.
