This map has the industries "already-placed." It is setup like a scenario...looking at the map preview I provided, you can see there are three full sets of industries placed in three zoned areas on the landscape. It is designed for full production and delivery without the use of industry production mods. So there is enough regular industries to feed each area plus shipping etc.

...yup...several industries are placed close enough to use two ports each, they are turned so the service roads do not have to go around the buildings.

I like your idea of port access as it adds another way to play the map using ships.
