The chance to launch fires seems rather weak, especially since you can't up its change with luck. And the whole fire immunity thing seems like it belongs in a trinket instead of its own item

I agree with priza, also instead of 4 flames, how about 8. up, up-right, right, down-right, down, down-left, left, and up-left.

I don't know if that's over-powered and I know this is being nit-picky but I just feel like 4 is not enough.

This could be totally wrong though.

Love the idea, only thing id say is with the item being called 'Heart Burn' maybe the cosmetic effect should be around Isaacs chest instead of on his head.

Tbh I agree with Dalfi, "Heartburn" sounds way cooler :P Either way, functionally it seems like a great item. I'll have to test it out!
