For insurgency I have a mod that slightly increases the FOV and another that drastically increases it. I never made two versions for DOI though, and it seemed like people wanted the FOV to be higher so I figured while I was fixing this I'd increase the FOV more. If people want 2 seperate versions however, then I'll make them.

I'm guessing when a new update is released it overwrites the files the mod had added earlier - re-subscribing then just overwrites the new files from the update, thus fixing it.

Anyway it's all good now, thanks for the great mod by the way mate! Been using for quite a while and it helps gameplay a lot!

It has a aim down sights problem but it isn't caused by this mod. It has been in the game atleast for a couple of months already.

Yeah, I know. But I have no idea what's causing it to not work. That and being preoccupied with other work means that I'm gonna have to postpone working on this mod. If anyone has any ideas, please hit me up.

I thought about it for a while, and I ' may ' have a suggestion. Maybe this mod needs to be placed in a certain file in doi for it to work. For example, some of the wallpapers on the main menu ( a mod i downloaded ) need to be placed in a certain file. It may need to be placed in a certain file or cache for doi to actually pick it up, as downloading it may just place this mod in a random file and doi puts a ? at it. Not too sure but just a suggestion as doi is well known for its relatively poor steam workshop integration. This is in my opinion the best mod on steam for doi so I'm keen for it work :D

I'm not sure why it's not working. I edited the theatre files to increase the fov, and I'm not sure what else could be messing with it. I'll keep looking into it, update me if you have any suggestions.

When you look totally up or down in DOI even without this mod the fov of your weapon will increase. It might just be that the fov increase is very slight and you can't notice it. Or it might actually be broken. At any rate I'll keep working on it.

these two console commands do not do what you've done here, Is there a console command that does what you've done here??
