For me, the optics dont have a texture, so the scope is just a purple and black checker board

Its not %100 accuracte, just like everything. Generic troops arent perfect shots. Think we learned that with the the stormtroopers.

when you fire this weapon it the shots dont go to the target whether you aim down sight or hip fire, maybe thats just my experience but maybe this info is helpful in some way

The stats are varied to match the description found there. Increased rate of fire and ammo capacity over the normal e-11. It also has reduced spread.

Nice change to the weapon. Btw, this is a regular E-11 with the folding buttstock extended, instead of collapsed. (The E-11 has a folding buttstock.) The wiki link provided isn't canon and the cited sources are of rather poor quality.
