@Average-Medic Fixed - Turns out the problem was the low shot speed. Its been updated to work with any shot speed.

Yeah instead of giving me the raincloud, it gives me 1 full level on the RPG bar

Also imagine this mod, + Balloons + Hydrophobicity + Rubber Cement. Infinite tears. Only need to shoot once or twice per room. Rubber Cement is so the balloons don't get stuck in walls causing all the tears to infinitely spawn in the wall.

The clouds rain balloons and the balloons splat into tears and some of the tears will go form new clouds.

This doesn't really need fixing though in my opinion, its pretty awesome as it is. Even with the instant FPS death

@pimhazeveld haha, fantastic. I don't know how to ask the game whether isaac shot the tear or it came from elsewhere, I can hardcode fix it between my own mods but i can't (or don't know how) to fix it without other modders cooperation.

Synergizes with Hydrophobicity It makes the rain clouds generate more clouds because of the bouncing tears.
Same thing happens with some of the tears from water balloon

@the7screw They all came from the same brainstorming session :) I wanted to play off of isaac's tears being manipulated, so just tried to think of how water is manipulated in different ways.
