This is a new game started with the no DLC mod shut off and removed prior to starting and the DLC one added and running. Have been jiggling it round in the load order now and then to see if I can get it to work but so far no luck.
It may be a mod conflict of some sort, or a problem with the current save.
Try to start a new game and see if it works.
If not, that's probably a mod conflict on the load order or a specific mod you're using (the Unofficial Update is also treated as a mod).
I disabled and removed this mod and then added the other version since I have all 3 DLC now. This one was working before the USLEEP and High Res texture patch were added. and with the addition of Dawnguard which I added about a month ago. The DLC version still won't open either. I just sit there litening to the Skyrim music until I finally kick the game off and restart from save.
It's a common bug in Skyrim, unfortunately. I do have that problem too.
I believe the Unofficial Skyrim Patch fixes the problem, but I'm not certain, never tried.
However after I left the room, the next time I came back, all the manikins were naked again. They still had all the armor but had 'undressed when I left. Is this just a glitch in mine or is it something the mod is bugged by?
None. It's just Carry Weight Enchantment with Restoration Glitch.

No.
Unless some mod replaces one of the items ingame, only the original items from the game will be present.
Not the main screen, the Launcher.
The Launcher is the window that appears when you click the "Play" button on Steam.

It may take days in-game until the chests respawn, that's actually kinda random.
If not, it might be a common bug in the game.
There are two ways of doing this:
- You may want to respawn each chest individually by open the Console, clicking on the chest, typing "resetinventory" and pressing Enter. This will forcefully respawn the chest.
- You can respawn the entire cell (excluding the Safe containers) by going into the cell, opening the Console, typing "resetinterior whiteruncheatersstorageroom" and "pcb", exiting the cell and going back in again. This will forcefully reset the entire cell and the chests, except for the Safe ones.
I suggest going with the first one, it's easier and doesn't need to mess with the entire cell because of some chests.
After you subscribe and launch the game, wait until the launcher verifies all your subscribed mods and downloads the most recent subscribed ones.

If the items were stored inside the item chests and they disappeared, then it's gone forever, no way to recover them. If not, just take them out and store them somewhere else.
If you want to store your items in this cell without them disappearing, use the containers marked as "(Safe)"!
More details would be nice.
Also, make sure the Launcher verified and downloaded all your subscribed mods before playing or else recently subscribed mods won't appear in game.
