This mod seem Amazing, but getting 99 Coins just for a Single organ seems way too much. How About it gives you something from the Demon Beggar Pool? Maybe it could give you a Bunch of Things (Not an Actual item in this case) the devil beggar could give you (Like Blu Flies, Pills, Cards..) and have a chance to give you a Devil beggar Item. How does it sound?

It's a little overpowered. I think giving a Quarter (with a small chance of receiving the dollar) would be a more appropriate reward. The Dollar entirely cancels out the need for coins during the (foreseeable future of the) rest of the run, whereas a Quarter is just enough to make you consider ditching the 1 extra heart in favor for a sweet payout.

Wow, awesome, but I do agree with it seeming OP that you can get a Dollar anytime you encounter an organ item. Maybe make it so you'd need multiple items donated before getting the Dollar (thus making it more of a risk-reward situation by not only sacrificing survivability, but even risking not encountering another organ item at all/on time)? Or make it so it only gives you a dime (or some variation)?
Just suggestions, of course. Great mod anyway

Seen this on the isaac's subreddit, and I really love it, great idea and great concept. Can't wait to see more! Maybe someday we could also make some of the reddit ideas together, if you'd like to work on some. We'll see!
