its a shame you are no longer supporting this... mods like this arent very common but help the game in giant amounts, i hope eitther you come back or someone else picks up where you left off.

like the sound of this mod, i know extinction core had a built in passive tame for most herbivores, but im considering using this as i dont want to completely overhaul my ark server, does this mod still work and not buggy?

Supposedly. It seems some of the dinos may have broken in the last couple updates. I haven't been able to duplicate the problem on my end though. If you have any problems let me know.

And keep in mind, regular dinos still spawn, so don't just try one dino of a type, try two or three.

all friendly dinos are passive tameable?

had seen it by lystos, ptera, dodo. was completly mod clear an a new card 2 test it. but by the most dinos it works really fine. like 5% wont work like it should. great mod btw ^^

ive a question... looks as some dinos are not tamable or just be normal tamable by knockout.... arent the most.. but isnt that nice 2 see when it happen by a high lvl dino ^^

I do not provide a list of dinos that are able to be passive tamed because I think it is fun discovering that for one's self.
As far as configuring which dinos can be passive tamed, I do not have enough modding experience to pull that off. Maybe that will be an option one day, but it's currently not within my realm.

I'd second Atilly's suggestion- both a list of which dinos are changed by default, and the option to configure the list, would be awesome!

Is it at all possible for us to be able to choose which dinos are able to be passive tamed with this mod? I just want to passive tame dodos! lol

That is a strange turn of events. I don't know what would cause that, but I'll look into it. Thank you for your support of the mod! I'll continue to work on improving it as long as people are enjoying it!

that's ok :) we'd rather have the passive tames to use. we encountered another issue, but didn't bring it up because we know there's nothing you can do, but i'll make you aware anyway. Structures+ turrets, target your dino's as tames, not wild as far as we can tell.
Thanks though for the awesome mod, for a small tribe, passive taming is an awesome feature.

Glad you guys are enjoying the mod! Unforunately, after looking into the issue, I don't think there's a solution short of merging the two mods. Which is beyond what I'm capable of doing.

thanks for looking into it, but if it is too much hassle, don't bother. We've already decided that we prefer the ability to passive tame even if it costs us colours :)

I will have to look into the dino color mod and see what it entails. I would assume that it creates the colors on regular dinos based on their file names. Since the file names are different for my dinos they aren't getting colored. I'm not sure how we'd fix that, but I'll look into it.

just a question... took me a while to notice (a shamefully long while) - we have the dino colours mod on our server and your mod... the passive tame dino's don't allow the dino colour mod to work with them. is this something that could be an easy, possible fix in the future?

Alright everyone, the mod has been updated to work with Aberration creatures. It does not cause Aberration creatures to spawn on other maps.
