It was terrible... ; _ ;
However, lately i tried playing only night and only dusk and then your hounds are useless unfortunately...
Is this possible to make them follow you always regarding of the time of the day? Another version maybe or ability to turn it on or of in config?
Anyway as I said I love your mod!
I would also like to suggest a feature that when you have hounds protecting you, the hostile hound waves will be halted further but they come in greater numbers to even out the game.
I got a comment on my mod (Tame Tallbirds) asking about improving compatability between these two mods. Apparently our pets will fight each other on sight, making using both mods at the same time impossible.
I'm proposing you add another negative check to your hound_f Retarget function (hound_f.lua lint 83-84). Add 'not guy:HasTag("companion") and not guy:HasTag("pet")'
Companion tag is used by the game for most entitys that follow the player (smallbirds, chester, doydoys, etc), and Pet tag is not used by the game, but used by some other pet mods.
If you disallow these tags in your targetting your mod (and mine) will be more compatible with others. Let me know what you think or if you have any qestions jsut PM me.
Craftable Varg(也许)
GLITCH: The big glitch I found is every time I leave the caves, my hounds disappear. They follow me down, but when I come up, they are nowhere to be found and don't appear to come back.
