This should work
1.Extract bin file with 7-zip
2.Add the extension .gma to the extracted file's name
3.There you have your gma file to extract with gmad
and then you'll have a extracted directory with a 2 directories,
-lua
-sound
enter sound, and there you have a roar.mp3 file. to make it quieter you have to replace this file with something else. (im pretty sure that it must be properly converted otherwise it won't work)
and voila, now you have to upload this file to steam workshop xd
