This map doesn't seem to work in recent Pavlov versions. It doesn't appear in the map list and attempting to load it on a dedicated server results in the server crashing back to Datacenter.

Confirming that it's not possible defuse the bomb once it's planted on both sites.

You can't defuse the bomb once its planted. Whenever you try to move your hands close enough to the bomb it teleports you away.
