This item is not supposed to be smithed at any forge as you can read it in the describtion. You can only get it from Aravoge, T.K. west from Whiterun. Should you miss him by some reason, don't worry. The NPC will respawn like every other enemy. So just visit the place a couple of days later again and the scene will be activated again.

I just subscribed to an armor that appeared at skyforge so I do not know why this will not work for me. :(

you should find following files in your /Data folder after you subscribed:

rylgrdsword.bsa
rylgrdsword.esp

please check also if rylgrdsword.esp is activated in your load order.

There must be somthing wrong with my game. It let me subscribe and do the first 2 add-ons but now if I subscribe to mods, none of them show up on my map. I went to the location and there's nothing here. :(

I have looked and looked for a "Temple knight called Aravoge" and can't find him anywhere. I walked all over west of Whiterun and there are no temples anywhere close to it.

idk if ur down to make more mods but itd be sweet if u made alot more final fantasy weapons. theyre just so bad ass and i feel they would get a ton of attention

I am so sorry, you are right. There must be a little bug. After reinstalling this mod it is invisible.
I will work on this problem, there must be a missing texture while uploading this mod.
