It makes sense that you'd be able to make weapons of out otherwise fairly useless gems in the world of Skyrim, like using dragonbone and scales. AWESOME mod!

@Zykoth Yes this pack is hammers, maces, axes, spears, and halberds. Daggers, swords, and shields and are in pack 1.5. This mod series also has Archery with enchanted arrows. Crossbows if you own the Dawnguard DLC. As well as Heavy and light armor. When I first published this mod Steam had very restrictive size limitations that required me to break it up, but it is intended as one complete weapon and armor set. Check out my collection above the description for the complete Diamond series as well as my other mods.

This has halberds? Well I need to get this now for my halberd-wielding Orc.

@OniBank. That shouldn't happen. Try reinstalling, load the save and ditch any gear associated with this mod. Make sure you don't have anything from this mod in your inventory or equiped. Fast travel as far away as you can an make a fresh save. Then try unistalling again. But really tho I have never heard of this happening and I unistalled and reinstall many many times. You sure its this mod??? There is alaways a chance of things going bugy I suppose. Hope this helps.

uninstalling this set of mods crashes my game upon loading a save

@W.D.Gaster - mod items ID's change, so you have to ask the game for the ID when you are playing.

It's still easy to find out. Just type this when you have the console opened inside the game (usually it's the tilde key to open the console, to the left of the 1 key at the top, press Shift then press the key, ~ that's the tilde).

type: help "diamond sword" (or whatever the item is called), then press Enter. It will then show the alphanumeric ID code. This works for vanilla and mod items. Enjoy!

where could we get the ID of the weapons ?

If you ever do any armor that's not gold as half the color (white/silver or black preferred), please let us know. I'm looking forward to trying some of the weapons tho.

@cleanTechnologist. Unfortunatly yes. It seems the compression on the .bsa is different, and the game will crash if you try to use the old files.

did enouch change that using the files from the mod for SE would cause a crash?

any chance these could be added to the leveled lists? it'd be interesting to start finding the armor and weapons you've made on enemies and allies alike.

@the blue inkling. smithing is the only way to acquire any of the gemstone equipment in game. That or you can use console cheats

please i really would rather go to white run to the end of the game just to get a sword

Also are all the weapons/armor in this mod the same stats of another armor/weapon in the game, or do they have their own stats, because it would suck if these were just reskins

ooh i like stupendous mans idea, making soul gem gear that recharges themselves with use and maybe makes enchanting them extra powerful compared to enchanting normal weapons. Also could you make a second version of this specific part of the mod that is mostly like this one, but it has the weapons be all the ones from heavy armory and work like those do (such as the shortspear, but make it so the shortspears have longer range and slightly slower swing speed than swords, just like the shortspears in heavy armory). If you can, i would love such a collaberation c: also maybe armor/weapons from ores that normally dont produce their own item sets, as well with making new sets like ivory that can be made from mammoth tusks

@Stupendous Man - To add onto this idea, it has a base perk when you craft it that traps souls and feeds the power of a custom placed enchantment (like how you normally get an enchantment). Basically, just a built in soul gem.

Ever thought of including black soul gem weapons with daedric stats?

@York the Pachirisu™ Correct, I have made no gameplay changes. This is purely an esthetic mod. Spears and halberds work like any other 2 handed weapon with small adjustments to reach, weight, and swing speed.

@Wertologist. If you complete the “Stones of Barenziah” quest. It will take you to some cool places and afterwards you will never want for gemstones again. There is a mod to add map markers for said stones, Also I created a mod called "Family Jewels" that will allow you to break down jewelry for gemstones. You can find it in my collection above the description.

Anyone know a mod that adds a merchant that sells large quantities of gems? It's hard to find flawless gems for me.

@Editas3CZ no dlc is needed with the exception of the Crossbows which do require Dawnguard.
