Yeah, all known issues. Elven cities are invisible (until the next update anyway with some coming in). The Sunless Realms and Subterranean Inception prescripted empires are invisible. Annnd... you shouldn't be having any random elves anyway. (That's the Spawns Enabled mod which is still not updated.) We're... a bit behind. Slightly. Kind of. :lunar2019piginablanket:

We may very well, but right now we're swamped just keeping the rest of the mod running. As the above indicates. Once things settle down there might be some more elf traits on the way. Lots is possible now that wasn't before.

Currently don't have dark elves as a faction at all in randomly generated empires section, also no Elven cities are visible in city & room section. Is this a known issue or perhaps some mod incompatibility of mine.

do you plan on having more elf specific traits? After Psionics got a lot of juicy traits I'd like to see elves getting some special treatment as well

Seems the update is mostly ok ... except... the Subterranean Inception prescripted empire is hidden. The origin appears mostly fine, but we'll get things fixed up as soon as possible.

If you are using one of the invisible elf cities this will happen. Not to worry, the Art Department is on cities so they'll be in as soon as possible.

Have y'all Elvenhancers seen the new "allowed_civics" and "forbidden_civics" in species traits?

Seems like a nice design space for civics that apply only to immortal / long-lived / long-eared people.

In the planet tab, after I upgraded my relic world capital( with elven race and elven ship type) to Ecumenopolis, the background image of the planet tab just became something like a divided color block with upper blue and lower black. I'm using the NSC, and UI Overhaul Dynamic, and also Elvens.:steamsad::steamsad:

Quick hotfix update! Some star and planet flavor images should now work fine with the Dynamic GUI mod.
Also added the Russian localisations fixes by tzverg.

All the cities are indeed blank, that's just temporary. As they get done we'll do small updates. (Unless the next update smacks us too hard then we'll do it all at once. :lunar2019crylaughingpig: )

my ships are behaving normally (i am using the submod that makes the elven ships black and colorable and nsc3 patch) but they arent considered biological ships

Cities and ships used to be mutually tied to portraits for some weird reason. Maybe it's using the old, bad way of doing city categories?

BTW the folder number for a mod is always the same number as the Steam Workshop item, so in this case:

@Delta wait a second, was the procedure erasing the steam version of the mod? Should be in YourDriveHere\steamapps\workshop\content\281990\1762364588.

Try wiping out that 1762364588 folder, then turning on steam and redownloading.

@Delta sounds like the mod isn't updating. Biological ships were... many versions ago. Every once in awhile we get a report that the mod doesn't update even after resubbing.

I'm always forgetting the procedure. Has something to do with launcher settings I think. :lunar2019piginablanket:

It could also be that you have an old version overriding the steam one in your mod folder. Unlikely if you never made a local copy though.

No, and if they are then something funky is going on. I'd suggest unsub and resubbing. Because that issue was fixed several versions back when they introduced biological ships.

Didn't see this written yet and i could be reading it wrong. Just want to add to the list as others. Sunless realms the Permafrost Preference is doubling the bonus for Arctic worlds. So its Supposed to be +30 for arctic but i have both a +30 AND a +40 bonus from "Permafrost Preference"

And yes, we know the custom planets (Sunless Realms, Subterranean Inception) are bugged. Fixing those right now actually. We are also aware some of our custom flavor images are the wrong size. This will be fixed as well in the upcoming update.
And.. .we know features are kind of a mess too.

This is likely going to be in a future update so it's all good! But the origins are still sorta broken. Anything that gives housing or jobs is pre 4.0 numbers, so in the single numbers rather than hundreds.

And anything related to the Drow still has naming convention problems with Prismatic_Realm_Drow etc

Yes, all cities need redoing. It's taking the Art Department a bit but it's all good in the long run. We've needed a city overhaul for a good long while and now we're forced into it. :lunar2019coolpig:
