I took a look in The Crow's dialogue files, and they seem a little... Repetitive. All of the Crow's lines for critical hits, Afflictions, and Virtues are all "I must persevere!"

Well com updates dont seem to be for compatability I think its for trinkets and or stats to fit the crit boosts that came.

The dialogue box issue wasnt so much the box as it was the text when he got stressed it read something like Char._depressed or whatever cant recall. My question is are you still working on the mod or have you moved on?

Yeah, my main focus is on gameplay and balance, I don't have any skill in graphic design so I did what I could with the original files. Got no time for including sound (it wasn't possible to do so at the moment I made that mod) and the dialogue is just always the same box.

But yeah, I prefer interesting game design decisions to funny-looking and game breaking characters thx for your consideration

No sound, and animations are copy and paste from PD, issues with dialogue box text. Wish it worked and maybe had some unique design to it instead of just being a reskinned PD.

not sure what its incompatabile with of mine, i have all dlc. running several mods together though, so im sure there is just interference somewhere.

Hi Spyboy! You did an amazing job with all your custom classes! I'm currently testing them and the crow is one of my favourite so far! It looks amazing and has a very cool and balanced skillset. Only the sounds for his attacks are missing.. any chance you will add them in the future?

Some skills missing sound effects, like Infected Talon.

Only had one crow so far, and that was only because I modified the stage coach json file.

You can now find the Crow at the outsiders bonfire with the DLC!

So my Crow went insane and the words it said were some kind of coding and not actual words. Selfish was the affliction. And an idea could be instead of words for dialogue, it could have bird noises kind how the beast form of the abomination does sometimes.

Noticing a distinct lack of crows coming to my hamlet for some reason, But I dont know why its somewhat late into the game and yes the mods enabled and I've tried both of the stage coach settings and I cant seem to get a crow (my first crow that came in week 3 died to an unfortunate case of shambler since then I have not had a single crow.

I've been testing this mod more and I believe it's OP... Since this is a blight DMG, no prot values apply.. you can one shot so many enemies, while other characters struggle to land decent dmg.. I think you should lower the base DMG to even things out. cuz if you play torchless you just kil everything with this character!... It breaks balance to be honest.. with that said... I really love the art.. I can notice you put a lot of effort into this mod.. but for real... it needs a nerf

For the max dmg it can only be luck since that's hard coded

Rly nice mod but too overpwored in early lvls and seems to deal max dmg 60% of the time dunno if i was like was it bug or was it meant to be? Great job tho m8

Damn so this hero doesnt have sounds for its attacks? Maybe Im just a snob but the modded heroes Ive tried that have no sounds for attacks, I never use, its just lame and I hate how every attack is silent. If they cant add sounds isnt there still a huge pool of effects from vanilla they could use? I mean to be honest I wont even use it without sound, pitfighter mod uses vanilla sounds and it works great.

LOL dude this hero looks ridiculous yet awesome. Cant wait to try it out, shrieker head on plague doctor body is hilarious though.

@Dr McMescouilles you can add sounds now.. the problem is that many modders do not know how :)

It's currently impossible to add new sounds with mods, which is pretty fucked up in my opinion.
