10000 of each resource in 3 core regions is a bit over-kill , and chile doesn't need that much to steamroll the rest of South America . So maybe similar state stats from other countries , like Antofagasta with similar stats as Algiers , the Centra region closer Singapour and the Magallanes
like Sweden's Lappland
