Examples:
Black Beret 15th Infantry Regiment or any non airborne,SF, or ranger unit.
Tan Beret 75th Ranger Regiment or any ranger unit.
Maroon Beret 173rd Infantry Regiment or any Airborne unit.
Green Beret 1st SF Group or any SF group.
Army Officers wear their rank on the flash while enlisted wear unit crests
Air Force Berets look different and have different wear styles and the Navy and Marines do not have berets at all.
Also it's spelled Sergeant.
