Greetings, and thanks for another wonderful mod!

Just a question: is it right that, maybe after relatively recent Medieval Engineers updates, now horns play while the character performs an attack animation? I also damaged a block with an horn!

I'm sorry but I wonder if maybe I'm doing something wrong.

For years now this has been my favorite Medieval Engineers mod, vastly improving my own gameplay experience along with that of anyone within 100 meters.

They are working again :D sorry it took this long...
Their animations are not as good as before, but there is not really an easy way to fix it, there is no swing speed anymore and using a block animation produces no sound...

my kids got me an ale horn for my birthday because they would come in and hear this mod all the time when i play ME. its hanging on the wall. metaphorically peaceman is hanging in my house...

yes, you must craft them. You can also add them from the F10 menu

All the war horns now work again. remember that you have to move left/right to trigger the secondary sound

Right now only the trumpet, I still need to convert the others to the 0.5 definitions. I never did because the sound was broken

Good news, turns out sounds got fixed last week but I seem to have missed it. the trumpet works now and the others I will fix tomorrow. How they work has changed a little because of the new tool system. To use the secondary sound you now have to move left or right while using the attack key

All the war horns use custom sounds, and the game does not load them right now. They is why no sound comes out :)

What about the 3 sounds listed above? I can raise the trumpet but no sound comes out

adding custom sounds is still broken, no way to fix it unless your playing singleplayer and you add it to your own games content folder

adding sounds is currently broken, so until they fix it these wont make any sound :D

I see you changed the primary and secondary attack/defence animations and sounds. Really clever how you got them to mimic musical instruments! Great work :)
